Member Care Associates (MCA) is a non-profit organization focused on the wellbeing and effectiveness of staff in various sectors, including humanitarian, development, and peace/security. They offer resources and training in member care, global mental health, and global integrity. Their approach includes supporting staff and organizations in mission contexts and across sectors. MCA provides updates on relevant topics, organizes seminars and webinars, and publishes extensively on these subjects. The organization is coordinated by Dr. Kelly and Dr. Michele O’Donnell, who are consulting psychologists.
